"No Kings" demonstrations dishonor the nation
By John Labriola - This past Saturday was the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army, an important date that coincided with Flag Day and President Donald Trump's birthday. It was a day to celebrate America, and President Trump did so in style with a patriotic military parade in Washington D.C. that honored all the heroes who have put their lives on the line to keep our nation safe.
The Democrat Party chose to spend the same day attacking President Trump's popular agenda and defending criminal illegal aliens in what they called "No Kings Day," with angry demonstrations across the country.
Here in Citrus County, the angry minority of Kamala Harris voters, who represented 26 percent of the vote last year compared with the 72.41 percent who voted for Trump, took over the intersection in front of the Old Courthouse in downtown Inverness with obnoxious signs calling President Trump a tyrant and "king." Local crossdresser "Rhonda Santis," who has been identified as Tony Ayo of Beverly Hills, showed up in a long black wig and dress holding a sign that read "Keep the Immigrants. Deport the Racists," implying that Trump and anyone in favor of undoing the massive criminal illegal alien invasion sponsored by Biden is a "racist." One woman, who ironically wore a "Resist Hate" T-shirt, carried a sign that read "86/47," calling for the assassination of President Trump, the 47th president. Disgraced former FBI Director James Comey is under investigation for recently posting the same threatening message on social media.
The large LGBT contingent at the demonstration, many carrying rainbow flags, reflected the left's anger at President Trump's reversal of Biden's constant bowing to LGBT extremists, including forcing the military to celebrate June as "Pride Month," encouraging parents to sexually transition their minor children, and recognizing "Trans Day of Visibility" on Easter Sunday 2024. Trump, by contrast, has ordered the federal government not to recognize "pride month" and has officially declared transgender ideology a lie.
Later that day, the LGBTQ+ Democratic Caucus of the Nature Coast Region, formerly the Democratic Equality Caucus of Citrus County, sponsored a "Pride in the Nature Coast" event in Crystal River, inviting Brian Kovalski, a self-described "witch" who regularly performs drag shows at the Canna Bakery in Inverness, to lip-sync obscene songs while audience members stuffed bills down his prosthetic breast. Events like this, which featured several drag performers, are designed to corrupt the local culture by breaking down conservative resistance to the destructive homosexual agenda.
About 15 residents protested the show by holding signs outside the George Washington Carver Community Center on Three Sisters Springs Trail, where the event was held.
You can reach the not-for-profit center at 352-564-1060 to respectfully request that they stop hosting the show.
